Should you need to return an item, the process and conditions are detailed below for your convenience.    
 

Eligibility for Returns  

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:  

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  
  • All original packaging (including tags, boxes, and labels) must be returned in proper condition.  
  • Products that have been worn, altered, or cleaned are not eligible for return.  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.  
  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team within this timeframe.  

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return.    
 

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Initiate a Request  

Email your return request, including your Order ID and reason for return, to  vintrosolpvtltd@gmail.com .  

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos  

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos of the issue to help us process your request faster.  

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions  

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions via email.  

Please note: We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.    
 

Refund Process & Timeline  

After receiving your returned item, our team will  inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.  

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is complete.    
 

Partial Refunds  

In cases where the returned item only partially meets our return guidelines (for example, minor damage or missing packaging), we may issue a  partial refund at our discretion.    
 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  

Share clear photos or videos of the issue via email to help us resolve your concern promptly with a replacement or refund as applicable.
